- Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product. Here are the relevant conditions for returns:
● The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
● Please ensure that your order number and reason for return are clearly stated on the outer packaging of the returned product. - Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so by following the steps below:
● Within 30 days of receiving the item, please contact us by email stating the item you wish to exchange and why.
● The product must be unused and in its original condition. - Return Process
To make a return, please follow the steps below:
● Contact Customer Service: Email lightjewel@desktoptidytray.com with your order number and reason for return.
● Obtain Return Authorization: Customer Service will provide you with a Return Authorization and the appropriate return address.
● Return the item: Return the item to the specified address, making sure to use a trackable courier service and keep the delivery receipt. - Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be refunded to your account according to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the bank to process the refund. - Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged after opening:
